Dukes Restaurant and Canoe Club

Dukes Restaurant and Canoe Club
Dukes Restaurant and Canoe Club or (Dukes Waikiki) as the locals call it is a surfing themed restaurant named after Duke Kahanamoku. Duke's suprisingly is a really good restaurant offering great food, fun atmosphere and very fair prices. Some of the favorites here are the Macadamia and crab wontons, grilled mahi-mahi, huli-huli chicken and the chocolate macadamia hula pie. This is a very casual open air restaurant with live music right on Waikiki Beach.Duke's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our March 2008 trip to Oahu, we had lunch at Dukes which as always was alot of fun.

Corner Table At
Duke's Restaurant
and Canoe Club
I had the buffet lunch which was really quite good. I had chicken, mahi-mahi, Kalua Pork, rice, potato salad and two plates of fresh fruit. The potato salad was very good. It is alot of fun to watch the servers and busboys running around trying to clear the tables for the next customers. This is a very busy and fun restaraunt. >br>
