The star of Honolulu is a 232 foot 4 deck cruise ship that holds 1500 passengers. This cruise ship is the largest dinner cruise ship in Hawaii and is considered the best. I really had a good time on this dinner cruise. You feel like you are on a real cruise. This cruise offers three different menus depending on the package you choose. All three menus offer fabulous food. You will feel like you are in Old Hawaii as you board your ship and set sail from the Aloha Tower . You will be greeted by Hula dancers and a welcome cocktail. After you enjoy a delicious dinner, you can enjoy the views from one of the reclining chairs on the deck or enjoy the panoramic views from the observation Deck.

Appetizer: Imported and Domestic Cheese Assortment with Gourmet Crackers and Fresh Tropical Fruit, Chicken Shiitake Musroom Pla and Nalo Farm Mesculin Greens Purple Endive, Kula Baby Romaine, and Grape Tomatoes with passion Fruit Tarragon Vinaigret, Freshly Baked Furikake Lavosh and Sweet Butter Breadsticks with Butter.

Entree: Steamed Whole Main Lobster with Fresh Lemon, Clarified Butter and Citrus Ponzu, Fire Roasted Tenderloin Steak with Sweet Madeira Wine Sauce, Homemade Yukon and Purple Okinawan Mashed Potatoes and Sauteed Fresh Baby Veggies.

Dessert: Strawberry Passion Fruit Cake with Raspberry and Kiwi Sauces.
